Stuff I learned long ago and just reminded myself LIGHTBULB LOL

It is ok to say NO  Let's repeat NO NO NO NO   No matter who it is not to be mean or malicious but I gotta put me first.  That's my lesson to myself for the day and I felt like sharing.  One thing you can't say no to is great music, food, and fashion.
